SITHFAB021 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Victoria (National Unit) This unit aims to provide liquor service staff with the knowledge and awareness necessary to responsibly serve alcohol in a licensed premises. RSA certification is mandatory for licensees and staff selling, offering, or serving liquor for general, on-premises, late-night and packaged liquor licenses.
