Specialist Food Safety Consultant

From her beginnings as a Chef in two-hatted restaurants, her eye for detail and dedication to teamwork led her to become a specialist Food Safety Trainer, Consultant,

registered Vic and Qld Department of Health Auditor

and approved Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) RSA trainer for the industry.  

She is a dynamic facilitator and also a Food Safety Program writer. ​

Known for her passion and drive for the industry Samantha's clientele range from large corporations to small local community groups. 

 

This has given her the expertise to communicate across various hospitality sectors, ages, cultural and social backgrounds across Australia.

Samantha delivers herself and her knowledge in a highly professional manner whilst having a true understanding of the day to day operations of today's working kitchen.
